The International Criminal Court says it has taken Rwandan-born warlord Bosco Ntaganda into custody and is flying him to The Hague to stand trial on charges of overseeing atrocities in eastern Congo a decade ago.The court said in a statement Friday that Ntaganda was detained in the Rwandan capital, Kigali, where he surrendered to the U.S. Embassy on Monday.
