Police have charged a North Carolina woman with stealing more than $90,000 worth of rings from a Johnson City jewelry store, and more arrests are expected. Kingsley Michelle Perkins, 28, 631 N. Mclin Creek Road, Conover, N.C., was identified as the woman who took three rings from Dempsey's Jewelers, 3018 Peoples St., on Jan. 29, Johnson City police said in a news release.
